2. Subscriptions & Trials

• **Free Trial**: We offer a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
• **Billing**: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Failed payments may result in account suspension.
• **Cancellation**: You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Reverse engineer the application.
• Share your account credentials with others.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses Artificial Intelligence technologies to generate content. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing all reports/content before use.

5. Limitation of Liability

GenieAssist is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
